This collection of granular data allowed me to use the visualization software within Talent LRS to display to the stakeholders the
- Count of failed attempt prior to passing, which identifies learners that may need more training,
- Questions with high error rate percentages, which identifies concepts that learners are having difficulty with, alongside the questions that learners are getting wrong.
With this data. stakeholders are able to make more informed decisions on the efficacy of the training as well as make decisions on whether further training as needed. Coupled with a term specific measurement of change using a situation specific KPI a clear return on investment can be determined.
